Just a quick post today for me today. First of all, my big news is that I actually walked this week! I dusted off the treadmill, turned it on, and took off! I called Di while I walked because I was so impressed with myself that I had to share my good news. I honestly can't remember what else we talked about though because at the 2.5 minute mark I was about to D.I.E. I clawed my way to 5 minutes and shut the blasted thing off to Dianna's shouts of "Yay!" and the treadmill flashing "Great Workout!!!!" It's nice to have friends and inanimate objects rooting for you.

Tread lightly
